What's inside the ChakraBox?
Our monthly Chakra box is rectored to cleanse, clear and activate a individual chakra each month. Our ayurvedic products nourish, heal, and promote healthy skin and hair. Indulge in your divine feminine with a self care ritual and grow your spiritual practice. You can expect to see a mix of 5-7 items in each box, 2-3 full size and 2-4 half size. Products include soap, deodorant, body butter, body oil, tea or yoni steams, crystals or jewels, and a ritual. All items are 100% ayurvedic and cruelty-free
Can I buy just one box?
Unfortunately, our system is not set up that way.
We can offer you at 10% discount. Code at end of purchase is "GIFTBOXLOVE".
You may create a individual gift box by selecting "shop" in our menu from there select the products you wish to gift to create a individual box.

Does the Chakra Box ship worldwide / internationally?
Yes! Shipping to Canada is $15.00 USD per month. Shipping anywhere else is $25.00 USD per month. From time to time, international customers do incur customs, duties or tax charges to accept their package. These fees are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer to pay in order to receive their package.
Are products in the Chakra Box full size or sample size?
Each box will include 2-3 full size and 2-4 half size products. We may also include sample size products from time to time, but they’ll be considered bonuses gifts for you to indulge in.
How is the Chakra Box packaged?
Our boxes are shipped using 100% recycled kraft paper and crinkle paper to pad the contents when shipping fragile items. Our boxes are also made with from 100% recycled materials and printed on with plant-based inks.
How long does it take for my Chakra Box to arrive?
We'll email you a tracking number when your box is on its way. We ship via USPS from Marlboro, New Jersey. If you live in the Tri- State area, you should receive your boxes within a day or two of the ship date. It usually takes one week for anywhere in the US.
Can I send a one-time gift that won’t auto renew?
You sure can! You may create a individual gift box by selecting "shop" in our menu from there select the products you wish to gift to create a individual box.

Can I add a gift note?
Absolutely, if you created a individual gift box. There is a note section at check out.
How do I cancel?
To cancel, login to your Shakti Diva account and under the “Your Subscription(s)” section you’ll see a blue “Edit” button. On the next page you can click “Cancel Subscription” (bottom left) or “Skip Next Renewal” (top right). After cancelling, you'll still receive any boxes you’ve paid for and then your subscription will end. Monthly subscriptions auto renew on the date you purchased (depending on your time zone) so it’s best to cancel by that date if you don’t want to receive the next box. If you cancel your subscription after being billed, you’ll still receive the box you were billed for.
Can I pay via PayPal?
Yes you can! This is the feature we use. We will be upgrading our system to accept credit cards.
How does the Chakra Box work?
You can sign up to receive a recurring subscription.
The monthly subscription purchase is $35.00 per month.
When and how often will I be billed?
You'll be billed for your first box the moment you sign up. There after, every month on that date (depending on your time zone) a recurring charge will take place.

When does the Chakra Box ship?
We have two ship dates. The first week of every month and the last week of every month. If you purchased your subscrption before 20th then it will be mailed out on or near 20th.
If you purchased your subscrption after the 20th then it will be mailed out on or near 1st. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships. For our subscription boxes, you can see the next shipping date when you visit our Subscribe page.

What currency do you charge in?
All prices are in USD.
What is your refund / return policy?
All of our products and box orders are final sale, and not available for returns or refunds. If you receive a product that is defective or if an item is missing from your order, we will be happy to ship you a replacement. Please do not ship items back to us, you can keep any defective products.
How does your Navadhanya partnership work?
