REFUND POLICY FOR EVENTS/ RETREATS

 

Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Shakti Diva | Shakti Oasis | Swaahaa, in which case a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made more than one month before the event are eligible for a refund, excluding the deposit. Cancellations made one month or less before the event are non-refundable. Shakti Diva | Shakti Oasis | Swaahaa is not responsible for plane tickets or hotel reservations related to events. We highly encourage obtaining travel insurance.

 

For India journeys only: Any hotel or travel bookings made prior to cancellation will be deducted from the refund amount, in addition to the non-refundable deposit.

REFUND POLICY FOR SHAKTI ALCHEMY HEALER PROGRAM

 

Due to the nature of this program, refunds are not available. However, in extenuating circumstances, they may be considered and granted on a prorated basis according to the portion of the program that has been delivered. Please note that if a refund is granted, or if a payment plan is terminated before completion, the participant will lose access to the Virtual Shakti Alchemy and all its content.

 

REFUND POLICY FOR KALI OASIS TANTRA TEACHER TRAINING

 

Due to the nature of this program, refunds are not available. However, in extenuating circumstances, they may be considered and granted on a prorated basis according to the portion of the program that has been delivered. Please note that if a refund is granted, or if a payment plan is terminated before completion, the participant will lose access to the Virtual Kali Oasis Tantra Teacher Training and all its content. If the retreat is not attended and the certificate is forfeited, the costs for retreat accommodation and food will be refunded.

 

REFUND POLICY FOR IN PERSON CLASSES

 

Classes that have already been delivered cannot be refunded. If class is terminated by either

Shakti Diva | Shakti Oasis | Swaahaa or the mentee, the remaining class fees for undelivered sessions will be refunded. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your booked appointment will be charged in full.

 

REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE CLASSES

 

Classes that have already been delivered cannot be refunded. Remaining classes can be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled class.

All timeless ongoing programs are non-refundable at this time.
