GENERAL SERVICES
Confirmation of Booking
Once you've booked a service, expect a confirmation email within 24 hours. This email will provide all pertinent details, including your service specifics and payment receipt.
Service Execution
We deliver services according to the pre-arranged schedule. Should any changes arise, you will be informed at least 48 hours in advance.
ONLINE CLASSES
Enrollment Confirmation
After enrolling in an online class, you'll receive an email confirming your spot and offering details on accessing course materials and schedules.
Access to Learning Materials
Course materials will be available through our website or the designated digital platform, becoming accessible
24 hours before the class begins.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
In the event of a class cancellation or rescheduling, you will be notified at least 72 hours beforehand with options to join the rescheduled class or receive a full refund. For more details, refer to our [Refund Policy].
RETREATS
Reservation and Payment
Securing a spot in our retreats requires a non-refundable deposit. The full payment is due one month before the retreat starts, with India journeys requiring three months' advance payment.
Retreat Confirmation
Upon receiving your payment or deposit, you'll receive an email with your retreat itinerary and essential details.
Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the event, in which case a full refund is provided. Cancellations more than a month before the event qualify for a refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within a month are non-refundable. Shakti Diva | Shakti Oasis | Swaahaa is not responsible for any travel or accommodation bookings related to the event. It's recommended to purchase travel insurance. For India journeys, any bookings already made will be deducted from the refundable amount along with the deposit. IN-PERSON CLASSES OR WORKSHOPS
Scheduling Confirmation
Once you've scheduled an in-person class or workshop, you will receive a detailed confirmation email.
Arrival and Readiness
Please make sure to arrive on time, or ideally, 10 minutes early to prepare.
Policy on Cancellations and No-Shows
No-shows or last-minute cancellations incur full charges without credit. For cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event, a credit or refund can be issued. Once a class series has started, refunds or credits are not available. For further information, review our [Refund Policy].
